Tencent launches smart healthcare middle platform
On July 29, Tencent released a smart healthcare middle platform at the 25th China Hospital Information Network Conference (CHIMA 2021) in Qingdao.
The function of this smart healthcare middle platform is to work with medical and technology industry partners to optimize medical data management and application efficiency.
Tencent’s Smart Healthcare middle platform starts its work from three directions: data standards, data governance, and data quality control, building a system of medical data governance from the ground up.
The middle platform provides a set of unified medical and informatics data standards, covering 15,000 health standard data elements, 621 data sets, includes fields such as medical services, health records, public health, comprehensive supervision, etc.: establishing standard medical terminology sets covering 12 categories including diagnostic surgery and medicine, building a medical knowledge demographic covering over 2 million relationships.
At the same time, it calls on the NLP algorithm to convert unstructured text into a unified standard terminology, expanding its data dimension and application scenarios.
In addition, the system is created on a distributed ETL architecture, using full-memory chain computation, high performance, high fault tolerance, and low latency; built-in medical quality control, terminology standardization, and other industry rules and models, using one set of configurations on multiple operations.
Through asset maps, blood relationship analysis, and privacy calculations, combined with security strategies and medical data risk scenarios, the complete process of data collection, governance, analysis, and sharing, achieving the visualization of multi-role, multi-application data.
Providing a complete set of integrated medical knowledge systems for the medical industry data center and application solutions based on libraries and standard medical data models.
