This week, INMO Technology held an “Inmo Air Series New Product Launch Conference”, releasing the foldable single-lens augmented reality smart glasses “INMO Air”.

The AR glasses are officially priced at $469 USD. On July 27th, users may purchase the AR glasses at a super early bird price of $399 USD by paying a deposit.

The glasses weigh only 78 grams and have a thickness of 3mm, which is 21% brighter than the previous generation optical machine.

The longest standby time is 72 hours.

It uses a 6DoF tracking solution (IMU+GPS+UWB), head control + touch + voice Control mode.

In addition, the product can be used in multiple scenarios and is equipped with AR navigation, incoming and outgoing calls, message reminders, audio and video playback, photo recording, translation, and other functions.

According to reports, overseas platforms started introductions as early as June 21, and the number of reservations for the INMO Air now exceeds 3,000.

As early as May this year, INMO has released its first integrated 5G AR smart glasses, the INMO X, which is also the first joint product between INMO Technology and EPSON.

In contrast, INMO X, as China’s first domestic 5G-enabled all-in-one AR glasses, has a localized, self-developed 5G chip and industry-leading optical display module, while INMO Air emphasizes a full range of functional experience, synchronizing improvements on energy-saving mode and operability.
