DJI’s “Mavic Mini 2” is on sale overseas

On October 28, the DJI officially launched the Mavic Mini 2 drone for overseas public sales, with a retail price of $449 USD.

The DJI Mavic Mini 2 weighs about 249g, has a max flight time of 31 minutes, and supports 10 kilometers of high-definition image transmission.

Camera-wise, DJI Mavic Mini 2 has been upgraded to 4K video recording and supports 3-axis mechanical stabilization.

The Mavic Mini 2 camera will be upgraded from 2.7K / 30P to support 4K / 30P video filming.

At the same time, the old USB interface on the fuselage and remote control will be changed to a USB-C interface, while the core CMOS remains unchanged at 12 million pixels (1/2 inch).

According to the latest report of Grand View Research, the global commercial drone market is expected to reach $129.23 billion USD by the year 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of 56.5%. IDC estimates that in 2020, the commercial expenditure of drones in various industries will peak at $1.9 billion USD, followed by construction expenditures at $1.4 billion USD, discrete manufacturing, and resource enterprises sit at $1.2 billion USD each.
