ByteDance selected as the most “Female Friendly Enterprise”

Liepin.com released the “2021 China Workplace Women’s Insight Report” this week, pointing out the significant increase in the proportion of women in traditionally male-dominated data and technical positions within the workplace.

The proportion of female managers in technical fields was 3.38% in 2016, which increased to 6.01% in 2020; the proportion of women in data fields was 29.94% in 2016, which increased to 37.91% in 2020.

Judging from the list of 2020 TOP10 fastest growing female positions jobs, media-related positions has the fastest growth rate, with a year-on-year increase of 373.48%; community operations and gaming follow closely behind, ranking second and third with an increase of 267.08% and 250.53% respectively.

Judging from the list of the TOP 30 companies most concerned by females during the first half of 2021, Internet companies are still heavily yearned by working females due to high wages and good benefits.

According to Liepin.com big data, the top ten companies that women pay the most attention to are big companies like ByteDance, Tencent, Meituan, Xiaomi, Baidu, and JD.
